Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OONEST TRUTH, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. While we always strive to deliver the highest quality products and service, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our clear and fair policy on order cancellations, refunds, and returns.


🛑 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • After 6 hours or once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • You can cancel your order by:

    • Calling us

    • Emailing us

    • Clicking the “Cancel Order” button on our website (if available)


đź’¸ Refund Policy

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product (Only in case you have the video from opening the packaging of the product till you see the damaged part) 

  • You received the wrong item (Only in case you have the video from opening the packaging of the product till you see the wrong item) 

  • Your order was not delivered

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued directly to your bank account or UPI ID within 5 working days.

Note: We do not issue refunds through any other method.


🔄 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Returns are only possible if:

    • The product is unopened and the seal is completely intact

    • The product will be verified by our pickup executive

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer

Since our product is a food item, we strictly follow hygiene and safety standards. These rules are in place to ensure fairness for all customers and to protect the quality of our products.


đźš« Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The seal is broken or appears tampered with

  • Refunds requested due to taste preferences (e.g., “I didn’t like the flavor”)

  • The delivery address was incorrect or unreachable due to customer error

  • The refund or return request was made after the allowed time period (2 Working Days)
